Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate A&E Nurse to join our fast-paced Accident & Emergency department in London. As an A&E Nurse, you will be at the forefront of patient care, providing immediate, high-quality treatment to patients with a wide range of urgent and emergency conditions. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to assess, treat, and manage patients in a dynamic environment, ensuring the highest level of care and patient safety.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Registered Nurse (RN) with valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration.
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in A&E or emergency care (or relevant clinical experience).
- Excellent clinical skills, particularly in resuscitation, triage, and urgent care.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and able to provide support to patients and families in difficult situations.
- Knowledge of current NHS protocols, infection control practices, and healthcare legislation.
