Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated ITU Nurse to join our Intensive Therapy Unit (ITU) team in London. As an ITU Nurse, you will provide expert care to critically ill patients, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, life-saving interventions. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering care to patients in critical conditions, monitoring their progress, and supporting families during difficult times.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Registered Nurse (RN) with valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in ITU, Critical Care, or an equivalent healthcare setting.
- Advanced clinical skills in the management of critically ill patients.
- Ability to use complex medical equipment, including ventilators and heart monitors.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
- Compassionate, with a strong focus on providing emotional and psychological support to patients and families.
- Knowledge of current legislation, infection control standards, and NHS protocols.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
