Job Description:

We are looking for a Band 5 General Nurse to cover ad hoc shifts in one of clients based in Sussex ( Brighton )

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver compassionate, safe, and effective care to patients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Monitor and manage patients' condition, including assessing vital signs, symptoms, and overall health.
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by the medical team.
- Effectively communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure infection control standards and protocols are followed.
- Promote patient safety by identifying risks and implementing appropriate interventions.
