Job Description:

Responsibilities / Activities: The independent assessment, treatment and discharge planning of patients in community rehab team. Using recognisable outcome measures and clinical reasoning to guide treatment plans. Confident to plan own caseload and treatment plans. Skills / Experience: Experience in NHS and post qualification as an Occupational Therapist, preferably within the community and rehab setting. Car drivers required. Monday to Friday 0830-1630. 37.5 hours per week. Would consider part time working minimum of 3 days (22.5hrs) dependent on experience. Agile working in place.
