Job Description:

To carry a caseload and ability of complete detailed assessment and treatment of patients. An OT with competent experience in community rehabilitation of patient with new stroke diagnosis. To work as part of MDT demonstrating excellent knowledge of New stroke guidelines in rehabilitation of patient in the community. Ability to demonstrated excellent communication and joint working to achieve patient centred goals and ensure optimal management and rehabilitation of patients complex functional needs. Experience in ordering of appropriate equipment to optimise patient's independence and /or improve quality of life.
Degree in occupational therapy and HCPC registered is required. Experience working in the community within the NHS.
37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday 9-5
