About the Role

As the Endoscopy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering and overseeing exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of the Endoscopy Suite, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and patient-centred care. Your leadership will guide and develop the team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

Your key responsibilities include:

Leading the endoscopy team to deliver safe, high-quality patient care
Managing the daily operations of the Endoscopy Suite
Assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating endoscopy care
Conducting and overseeing clinical audits to maintain best practices
Sharing your expertise and providing mentorship to the team

What We're Looking For
To excel in this role, you will need:

Registered Nurse qualification
Specialization in Gastroenterology/Endoscopy (ENB906 or equivalent)
Minimum 3 years' experience as an Endoscopy Nurse
Proven experience conducting clinical audits
Strong leadership and communication skills
